Why can’t you ship to my location?
Due to rules and regulations, paired with carrier reach, we are limited to
Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and Germany at this time. We are working on it to
expand our reach in the future.
What should I do if my order was damaged during transportation?
If damaged during transportation please send us an e-mail to hello@volim-tea.com with pictures of the damaged goods. Pictures must be submitted within 15 days of delivery date. We will refund the costs of the damaged goods or send you an replacement.
Why is everything in English?
Voyage’s fanbase is international. To make sure that everyone gets the same information this homepage is in English.
